North Trenholm Baptist Church – keen folks

Ok, this is getting serious.  All these luncheons are causing me to buy larger clothes.  But man is it worth it!

As I arrived at the church I got lost.  Typical Yankee, right?  Well, it’s a big place.

The woman giving me directions told another woman that the guy was here to play for the teenagers, so I thought I heard.  Teenagers!  Oh no!  I brought music for seniors.  What am I going to do?  After a few deep breaths I found out where I was to set up and noticed seniors in a room laughing and having a good time.  Whew, I thought.  Then I was introduced to the Keenagers.  Thank you Lord.

Mr. Joe Copeland is doing a wonderful job at this fine church.  I met some special,  new friends.  Once again, I found some more folks who actually laughed AND UNDERSTOOD my jokes.  Thank you Joe and Keenagers for a great worship/ fun experience.

Now if you’ll excuse me I’ve got to go “work out”.  The roast beef was fantastic!
