Christmas in June at Trenholm Road United Methodist Church

Trenholm Road United Methodist Church
It looked like a typical Michalski Christmas. Gift bags everywhere in the front of the room. Smiling faces were all over the place at Trenholm Road Methodist Church. Once again I joined the Campfire Singers for a good old sing along. From left to right is Me, Marvin Beinstock, Hardy Merritt and Munsy Ridgill.
What the band didn’t know is that this was the last meeting until fall for the Shepherd Center and that everybody would receive a door prize. This crowd was fun! The food – fantastic! We had some very tasty deli sandwiches on a croissant, potato salad and brownies that would knock your socks off. I know the food preparers worked very hard today and I thank them.
It was great to see some friends I hadn’t seen in a while. Columbia is so cool because it’s still relatively small and it’s days like today I’m thankful for that. Old friends pop up when you least expect them . Thank you Trenholm Road for your warm welcome, for singing with us, for the wonderful food and the very interesting door prizes.
