I want to thank all the wonderful Blue Cross/ Blue Shield employees that participated in the event supporting The Cultural Council of Richland and Lexington Counties. Thank you for giving through payroll deduction. I had the privilege of performing during lunch hour at one of the coolest place in town – “The Blues Bistro “, right on the Blue Cross / Blue Shield campus. It seems like when it comes to sports, people support it whole heartredly. The arts, however, are bearing the brunt of the cutbacks. If it weren’t for the arts I’m sure I’d be in prison now or possible sent to a home for bad kids when I was younger. If you happen to stumble along this blog please consider supporting your children, nephews, nieces etc. as they pursue the arts.
